DIN 868
Hi there,
sorry for my english but i'm from belgium...
I must do gears but its usually DIN 3972
Today a customer asked me to do a gear mod 4 - 20° DIN868 ==> do you know what is the DIN868??

Hi there Alain
In answer to your question regarding DIN 868.
DIN 868 covers the definitions, notation & symbols for gears to DIN 867.
DIN 867 gives the basic rack of the gear.
DIN 3972 gives the basic rack of the gear cutting tool that will produce the gear.
