Re: Autocad

Hi Alain

To answer this question we will need to know what type of chain sprocket you need to draw.
IE "Roller or Leaf" type, & "Standard" specification (eg BS 228, DIN 8197, ASA, Silent Chain, Etc.)

Regards

Re: Autocad

Hi Alain

The ASA or ANSI B29-1 sprocket shape is a series of interconnected radii, details of which we could send to you by fax.
The DIN 8177 & 8188 chain sprockets have an involute flank of 24 degrees PA with a full fillet root radius. For this we could supply the cutting tool basic rack if this would help.

Hi Alain

The copies that we have for these standards are copies of copies, and we are unable to e'mail them. We can post them to you if you would like.
Also, we can sell our products direct to you,
as we do not have an agent in Belgium.
