PARTICIPATION POINTS SYSTEM
Beginning December 1, 2007 the PARTICIPATION POINTS SYSTEM will be put into effect.
The "PARTICIPATION POINT SYSTEM" determines how active you are in the clan. This system is employed by many successful clans and works like this:
PARTICIPATION POINTS" are awarded to clan members who post in the forums, attend meetings and participate in clan activities and skills.
All clan members are REQUIRED to obtain only 10 "PARTICIPATION POINTS" in a month, which is easliy accomplished if you follow clan law #9. If you are unfamiliar with that law, please go read it now.
Failure to achieve you required 10 "PARTICIPATION POINTS" will result in you being placed on probationary status and/or possible dismissal from the clan.
Your points will be recorded and posted in a special section of the forum. It will show the total of points that you have accumulated and for what. It will be updated weekly on SUNDAYS.
You will gain "PARTICIPATION POINTS" for the following:
ATTENDING CLAN MEETINGS.....2pts. per meeting
EVENT.....1pts. for 30 minute participate in an event
EVENT.....2pts. for completion of an event
SKILLING.....1pt for 30 minute participation
CLAN SKILLING.....2pts for 30 minute participation
FORUM POSTING.....0.5pt. per post
HOSTING AN EVENT.....2pts. per each event you host
RECRUITING AN ACTIVE MEMBER.....2pts. per new member
As you see, gaining your 10 required "PARTICIPATION POINTS" will not be at all that hard. The events calendar is full of things to do. The forum is open 24/7. However, real life always comes first here. But, 10 in a month should come easily. Of course, the more points you gain, the more the chance of promotion and at the end of the year, the member with the most points accumulated will be the clans MEMBER OF THE YEAR.
**If you fail to schieve your required 10 "PARTICIPATION POINTS" for the month, you will be placed on 30-day probationary status for the following month. During your 30-day probationary status, you will again have the opportunity to earn your required "POINTS". If you fail at this attempt to earn your "POINTS", your status will be brought to the attention of the clan leader, TRIMAK, and the High Council for review and determination of your status within the clan. You will recieve a PM to inform you of their decision.**
