CLAN CAPES?
Okay, Now that the "Team 49-Cape" isnt P2P only now. Do the F2P clan members need the "Team 49-Cape", insted of the "Red Cape"?

I was the first to find out because of the clan that I droped made me ware one and i told Artic about it and so now he got to address this befor i did.
