Sai Use and Instruction
Riley and I have been searching the internet for a good website that shows different sai blocking and attacking techniques. We have watched countless videos of guys in their basements looking like fools, and using the words like and ok way too many times!!
If anyone can guide us to a good instructional site or work with us when we return next week we would greatly appreciate it. We are eager to learn~but not from a guy in his basement!
