Intensity Training Modifiers
The bennifits of increasing the intesity of our training is limitless. Try doing rounds where you alternate slow with very fast movements (i.e. bag training with blitz rounds). Circut training with stations are always good. Also try scenerio based training modifiers such as adding fast paced breaks where you do calastinics (push ups, jumping jacks, etc.). You can also mix in multiple attckers, dizzy drills, distractions, etc. The possibilites are only limited to the limits of your imagination.
