BJJ (Brazilian Jui-Jitsu) is a world leading martial art that prepairs you to deal with the above mentioned event.
BJJ mixed with your ATF training will give you a great edge to ward off ground attacks, help you know what to do if you do wind up on the ground, and get you back on your feet as soon as possible so that you may survive with the least amount of injury.
