What to bring?
I'm planning to stop by for a four hour seminar this upcoming Tuesday, September 29th.
Hours are from 5:30-9:30, or until we get done.
Wear your gi. You will need it for protection. I also recommend some sort of clothing underneath (added protection - long sleeve t's, sweat pants).
Usual sparring gear - groin protection, mouth pieces, etc. In addition I recommend head gear.
Extra saftey - goggles (you will only be able to participate in the special event if you have a pair... not saftey glasses but goggles (the kind that seal around your face)).
-Wearing at least saftey glasses will be required to even be in the building for this.
-Usual gear - sticks, training daggers, note books, etc. -NO LIVE BLADES ON PRIMESES!-
This training will be focused on severe adult situations. Violent intrusion, mass attacks, etc.

Re: What to bring?
Does anyone know where to get a pair of goggles? All we could find were a wrap around style of safety glasses.

I've always bought mine at Wal-Mart.

Re: What to bring?
I'll check the Pocahontas Wal-Mart. Walnut Ridge didn't have them.....If I find them I'll pick up a few extra pairs.

Re: What to bring?
I like the lingo!!! Severe adult situations, violent intrusion. That sounds like the good stuff.
