Thursday 8-27
The last class before test was put to good use! We had very good attendance and everyone worked super hard. Welcome back Viper!! We missed you and are glad you are back with us!!
Mr. Weeks led us in a very brief warm-up then Mr. Boggs took the white belts and worked on them. They learned how to add a front thrust kick to their blocks, and they looked real good. Meanwhile Mr Weeks gave us many different training modifiers. Doing only the foot work to Giecho Hyung IL Bu while tieing our belts and reciting the ATF Creed all at the same time. That was a little tricky!! We also worked thru several forms.
After a quick water break - Mrs. Atkinson, Mrs. Fender, and Mr. Wise worked on drilling basics with the purple belts while Mr. Weeks and Mr. R. Weeks worked with the rest of us on basics and attack techniques.
We finished class with everyone showing what the learned and/or improved on.
Saturday is the day! I wish everyone luck and know that all will do well.
