Thursday 8-17
Lots of students tonight - the biggest group we've had in quite some time!! Lots of new students and looks like several potentials.
There was a lot of groups tonight, and I wasn't always able to see what each group was doing, so if I missed something or got it wrong all together, feel free to correct me!
The Black Belts held their meeting in the back room, and Mr. Weeks announced there will be lots of changes coming. Be prepared, he will announce those changes Tuesday.
Mr. J. Boggs led us in warm-ups with Mr. Ludwig assisting. I cann't speak for everyone, but I'm really feeling the 50 crunches and 50 push ups each class!! My arms and core are sore!! 
Mr. J. Boggs worked with the young white belts on down blocks and front thrust kick.
Canyon worked with the older white belts on basics and front thrust kicks.
Tyler and Mr. A Boggs worked with yellows and purples on center chops, low chops, and other basics.
Mr. Ludwig worked with blues on their kicks - Ava demonstrated a nice looking hooking heel at the end of class!
And I worked with Mike Gaines on Un-Dong Mak-Da.
Special class for the Freedom Team will be held next Monday night at 6:00 to prepare for the Iron Mountain Festival that is coming up. Freedom Team members and those interested in Freedom Team should plan on being there.

We just tried to follow the pattern laid down before us in almost every class before. It is always exciting to lead a class. It makes me realy see just how important it is that everyone starts learning to instruct at green. We have some really good looking greens coming up in the ranks, and they seem very willing to learn. It makes me proud to think that I had a little part in helping to guide and help these guys along.
I think I am begining to understand why you have been intructing for so long Mr. Weeks.
