Thursday 9-24
A very large class tonight - lots of new students and we also had a lot of red belts too!!
Mr. Weeks led us in warm-ups and then we broke down into our groups.
Ms. K. Atkinson worked with the new students and younger white belts on the Code of Conduct, kiai's, and punches.
Mr. Johnson worked with the older white belts on basic blocks and some one-steps.
Mr. J. Boggs worked with the yellow belts on basics and kicks.
Mr.Ludwig worked with the purple belts on jumping kicks, blocks, and low and center chops.
Mr. A. Boggs worked with blues and greens on forms and implemented several training modifiers. Making them spin around and around then do ATF #2.
Mr. Gaines and I worked together on different forms, focusing mostly on upper forms.
We finished class by demonstrating two one-steps a piece. I saw several one-steps that looked REALLY good! After our one-step demonstration we did free style the length of the room.
Once again a great class! It's great to help instruct, and watch all the different levels progressing.

Reminder - Tuesday's class is when Mr. Waggoner will be here!!!  Class time starts at 5:30 instead of 6!! Make sure you check Mr. Waggoners list of items to bring.
