Thursday 10-08
Another great class tonight, even though we had a small group. It was great having 4 black belts there tonight.
Mr. Weeks led us in our warm-ups, we then worked the length of the floor doing kicks, tumbles, and more kicks!
Mrs. Fender worked with the older newer students (Keylan, Shadow, Robert, and Taylor) on purple belt requirements, focusing mostly on kicks.
Mrs. Atkinson worked with the younger white belts (Dalton, Nate, Sydney, Cannon, and Tristan) on blocks, and turning with a block.
Mr. R. Weeks worked with yellows and purples on basics, stances and the Code of Conduct.
Mr. Weeks worked with blues, greens, and reds. We worked on some different synchronized form combinations for the upcoming demo. We then broke down into smaller groups and worked on different weapons routines for the demo.
It was a really great class tonight. Things are really coming along for the demo, it will all fall into place nicely.

Sorry I missed it. We think that maybe we have this flu against the ropes! No fever for 36 hours. School advised we keep the boys at home one more day due to the large number of students with the flu, so they don't catch something else. Now, if we can just keep mom from getting it, we should be okay. See you guys next week.
