Tuesday 11-03
What an AWESOME class tonight! ONLY 11 MORE CLASSES UNTIL TEST DATE!!!!!!!!!!! How are YOU going to use those classes? Everybody at class tonight made it count!
Mr. Weeks led us in a sweat popping cardio warm up tonight. We worked pretty much every muscle in the warm up, and I know my calves are going to be sore tomorrow!
Mrs. Fender worked with the older white belts on purple belt requirements and they began learning Dragon Stick #1. This group is really coming around and I look forward to seeing them come test day.
Mrs. Atkinson worked with the younger white belts on all their basics for yellow belt. She has a special magic when it comes to teaching the little ones!
Mr. R. Weeks worked the purple and orange belts on all the basic forms.
The red belts worked together on all their forms. We got to see how their original forms are coming along - and they all look great!
Mr. Weeks worked with the blue and green belts on Pyong Ahn Yi Dan. Mr. Weeks then went to work with the red belts while we practiced Pyong Ahn Yi Dan. I worked real hard with Bridgette and she made great strides. I'm very, very proud of her!
Again - only 11 classes left until test.
