 free time and buying lives
I think not to long ago we had a vote on being able to buy lives as a free member, but i dont remember the outcome can free board members buy lives or do they just need to wait til next lvl. any info would be helpful just in case

The answer to this is, if you have not pvp'd and if you haven't been raiding gh stuff like that... recently .. then lives can be given if the ops choose. There are also the abilities to talk to Manwe and work it out with him.
