Some Ideas...
One user has repeatedly suggested selling off accounts nearing auto-deletion (which occurs after 1 year of inactivity), with rules in place to discourage abuse.
Allowing dupes is another idea:
Allowing them for people that make it to level 75
Allowing them to people that maintain both accounts in 'Elite' status (paying status).
Allowing all players 1 Free account, a dupe would have to pay.
These are just a few of the Ideas about allowing dupes. Of course, there would have to be rules about holders and other crappy things like that, so I would have to be more involved and watching everyone.
Allowing some op commands is an idea too:
Allowing @home command (which tells users if a boss is home).
Allowing sys-goto command, like just to the Lost City.
Allowing sys-map command
Changing PVP level limits was suggested as well, though polling suggested people liked it the way it was.
Changing from pay to free is another option, and instead only having donations. Those that donate would be given perks like those listed above.

-First, selling of auto-deletion chars, I don't see the harm, I'd say Yes with these disclaimers: There is some board-wide announcement (not just gossips, but either board email or something), the char has a name change, and of course they have to pay for it; resonable price being determined by sysop.
-Dupes, both chars should be Elite status, with the new dupe rules, etc.
-I do like the idea of purchasing op commands, I would say it could only be for Elite status, and an additional fee per month, per command purchased, ie Turlin can purchase @home and sys goto and I can have sys goto only while a third person could have all 3. pick 'n choose  my initial suggestion would be same price per command per month as Elite status.
$5/mo per 1 command
$10/3mo per 1 command
$20/3mo per 2 commands
$30/3mo per 3 commands
(this pricing scheme is only valid if you have enough/more Elite time than you are purchasing, otherwise you must purchase additional Elite time as well; ie if you have 1 mo Elite time left, you must buy an additional 2 mo with your purchase of the 3mo command option)
-No to the pvp limit change.
-No to the changing from pay to free, it wouldn't be fair to paying players.
