Clean up.
After 10+ years I just started playing again. A friend of mine told me about this BBS. I can tell you from starting new the most discouraging part is all the lowbie rare items being horded/hidden. If you want to attract new players and get them to stay, a little maintenance every now and then may not be a bad idea.
I'd also suggest moving the website to another server. If the BBS goes down (as it did Thursday/Friday), jumping on the website for status updates would be nice. I was getting worried that I said/did something to piss off someone and got banned.
Just a couple of suggestions. I'm going to keep playing, its been fun revisiting all the stuff I use do and I'm looking forward to seeing some of the content added since I last played. Not to mention everyone have been super helpful/cool. I have to admit though I was sad to find out my class weapon has probably been sitting in some room for the last 3-4 months.
