I'm going to have both eyes operated on in 3 weeks. Getting lazic surgery done, so i never have to wear my contact lenses again. Hope it works out okay. I'm not nervous at all, but probably will be on the day! :teethsmile: But it'll be good to be able to see without having to wear lenses. I'll only need glasses for reading, but I'll be able to get re-tested on my license, and see to watch TV (not that I watch much of it anyway), and see to drive! Yippee!!!! I've talked with a few who've had it done, and I'm going through the same surgeon, probably the best in Melbourne, let alone Vic. If all works out, I'll never have to wear contacts, just will need reading glasses. But it won't interfer with my lifestyle. Can't wiat! My niece has perfect vision now and the procedure is nothing to get nervous about. TDU ps. I have a freind now who's thinking about it too. He wants to see how I go with it. Also, just wondering, can you get a copy of the video of the operation as they do on your eyes?
