A few outings.
Took my exercise tools to the beach for a workout.
The Will went higher as the tide got lower.
Had a choice of a free do it yourself no holds tide limited workout or a further up the beach instructor based pay by the hour but more gentle do it yourself, time limited one.
I choose the free all out, no instructor one.
What a workout it turned out to be, nearly 8 hours of solid swinging and digging with only two pit stops, as for being free well there will be after effects and the smell of deep heat gell will linger in the air for days.
