 gold, gold gold......
did everyone hear about that chap in the UK that found all those gold relics thought to be from about 600AD recently with a metal detector on a friends farm?
read about it in the paper on sunday.... amazing.... :thumbs:
what is the oldest (dateable) thing you've found?
oldest thing I've found (except for gold nuggets :teethsmile: ) was one of those 1796(?) cartwheel pennies at an old haunt I like to visit now and then :winksmile:

He is a lucky man , the MD he was using was 15 years old ... my oldest coin 1899 British penny.
