Add a Image to your post
Members can include images in posts. (NOTE BBCode is used instead of html as below.)
On the pages either Posting New Topic or Adding a Reply, below the post icons click Insert Image.
A java-script box should then appear asking you for the url of the image. (Ie. http://www.myimagehost.com/myimage.jpg)
Click Ok and the code for the image should appear at the end of your message.
You can type the code manually
[*img]http://www.myimagehost.com/myimage.jpg[*/img]
(Remove Stars)
You attach a link to the image (So when clicked it goes to that page)
[*url=http://www.pointstothisurl.com][*img]http://www.myimagehost.com/myusername/myimage.jpg[*/img][*/url]
(Remove Stars)
NOTE Any oversized image may affect the board layout.
Images and links can also be used in your signatures (Sigs) and must also be done in BBCode. To edit your sig goto
Control Panel > Change Miscellaneous Options > Type your sig in the Signature box.
NOTE: If you change your signature it will NOT change your signature in of your currently posted messages. So its best to test your signature in an appropriate forum.
