Officially Hooked
Went for my first paddle this morning on my new Prowler 13 on Narrabeen Lake in the northern suburbs of Sydney. How good is it. No wind, glassy water, blue sky and a brand new kayak. Although I had no idea what I was doing at first, I did get the hang of it after a while. I even managed to catch a fish. A little tailor that picked up my trolling rapala lure. I wasn't fishing that much, just trying to get use to whole kayaking thing.
Took a while to get use to the rudder, but once mastered, they are great.
As the subjest line stated, I'm officially hooked to kayak fishing
--- Cheers,
Knightsy.

Re: Officially Hooked
Congrats on your new Kayak Knightsy i also am hooked it is awsome isnt it.I am saving for a SOT kayak as i have a SIK which i love but i want to get a sot for fishing.Phil the Mariner sells a Kayak fishing DVD.I think for around $34.00 dollars i cant remember exactly .But if you are new to it all you should get one from the Mariner as it outlines everything you realy need to know for a newbie i have watched it two times i would recomend it.As it has everything you could be thinking about even demos on how to install fish finders and all diferent things
Which i think could be useful
