Saturday 13-8-05 anyone keen on an afternoon session?
Any takers? The temp should top around 14 degrees, wind likelly to be 10-15 knots, the moon is a descending one but you never know your luck? I'm proposing an afternoon strart of about 1PM till about 6PM?

I'm at work unfortunately Milt, next time around. I'm happy to drop off billibob's special on Friday night after work (7pm ish)if you want it before Sat, or alternately Sat morn (9 am ish) on the way over.

I would be keen to join the trip and meet up with you, however I am about to head away for work for a week or so.
I have my Discovery on E-bay so we'll see if I can sell it soon and then fund something like a Swing.

Grant will pick up the lure for you, if i sight Poddy, where did you guys fish the other weekend and catch those pinkies. Shall we hit the same spot? Say around 1:30PM till 6:00PM

Beaumaris will be fine, from the reports I have recieved there's not that much around in great number just the usual pinkies and calamari.
I have a bbq on Sunday to host and aim to feed a few people. I'll phone you tomorrow morning to discuss.

Nice day out, Jason managed a few pinkies and 4 calamari, Grant managed a few pinkies too and I had a quiet on and wasn't able to add to the tally.
It got a bit windy late in the afternoon and had to cope with a 20 knot head wind paddling back to shore "not much fun"!!!
All in all nice day out but not to much fishy action.
