Port Phillip (Mornington ish) Fri 2/9
Not sure if anyone wants to play hookey, but I'm on a day off this Fri and it's looking the goods at this stage. I'm keen for a Mornington play, and can feel some more whiting in me waters.

Re: Port Phillip (Mornington ish) Fri 2/9
Poddy,
Unfortunately this Friday is not an option for me. The forecast does look as though it should be quite good by then.
Are you targetting real whiting this time (ie. King George) or the toothy variety that you got last weekend (aka Long Finned Pike). I'll be interested to see how you go as the KG whiting are a fish that I want to target over summer.
Good luck,

(Dagger Discovery - for the time being... however I currently have some bites re selling it)

G Day Kevin, They're all whiting to me (although in all honesty you can expect them around Ricketts with a bit of berley going).
