Port Phillip Bay Sat 27/8
Melbournians,
Sat looks like a break in the wind and the tides look good too (8:30am High)
I’m keen for a paddle in the morning, anyone else interested (weather permitting)?

Re: Port Phillip Bay Sat 27/8
I'm guessing Milt is out (I think he flies out the following day), which means I am out too, but if anyone's keen for a paddle sometime toward the end of next month, I'll be there (with my own kayak, finally!)
Good luck fellas

Re: Port Phillip Bay Sat 27/8
Rod,
I would like to join you guys until pretty much high tide. I assume that rods will be drawn at dawn (I'm in danger of lapsing into Poddy Mullet lingo).
I'm keen to meet a few more Melbourne yakkers ( I went out with Poddy a few weeks ago). Also interested in comparing the Cobra Explorer and Viking Ozzie although my mind is pretty much made up on getting the Swing.
Cheers,
KOBnCo
(Dagger Discovery - for the time being...)

All the best for the wedding. Look forward to catching a big red with you when you get back.

Re: Port Phillip Bay Sat 27/8
Guys,
I'm heading out for a few beers on Friday night and might be moving slowly on Saturday morning. Don't wait for me. I will catch you out on the water.

Re: Port Phillip Bay Sat 27/8
Rod,
I'll plan on getting there at 6am. However may wait till closer to 6.30 to launch since I don't have any lights.
However as per Grant's instructions, you get on the water as soon you want and I'll find you. Which direction and approx how far out do you think that you'll first head? I assume that you will park at the Beamauris Yacht Club?
Cheers,
KOBnCo
