It's a beautiful spot, we stayed out for hours just looking at the reef the water was so clear.
It didn't realy matter that we didn't catch any fish when you get a day like that and as you said a top spot for the family next time.

Bad luck guys. There might be something in that theory about 3-4 days before and after the full moon being the best time to fish. You got your fish a few days before the full moon Stu, so maybe next weekend might produce a few again?

Hi James, I am sure the boys would definitely be up for another paddle around Coochie Island. We look forward to seeing you back in this neck of the woods in the new year. Pity you could not be here now - the weather is just out of this world at the moment..........might have to go over to Scarborough Point this Saturday morning and see if I can snap up a Squire or two on SPs. Any takers?
