Scarborough - Friday 26 Aug
I am going to be busy both this and next weekend. So, I am going to head down to Scarborough Reef at around 6:30AM this Friday - quick fish before work. Just in case anybody else is interested in coming along. Hopefully there will still be some Squire about.

Could be a chance. I'll have to see if any work comes in northside that I can put off till Friday. Will let you know tomorrow night. According to Seabreeze, it might be a bit choppy.

Nick, as it turns out my first job is at 9.30-10.00am in the main street at Scarborough, are you still keen?
It still looks like its going to be a bit windy so we could meet in the carpark at the end of Hornibrook Bridge and discuss our options there, if its too windy we could try the river. Let me know.

Probably for the best. I would have been under the pump for the rest of the day if I started at 10am. Also, we have a new puppy and she has decided to pee all over our patio and paved areas, so I think I better get the Gerni out and give the area a good rinse before work.
I might try to find a creek somewhere out of the wind on Saturday to get my fix.

Saturday is our 12 year old daughter's birthday and Sunday is the party - so not much chance to get away this weekemd. Next weekend we are off to the Bunya Mountains. Too little time and so much to do - not sure when I am going to be able to get my fix. Will have to try to get in a sneak attack before dawn sometime during the week next week. Our black Lab puppy is now 6 months old - so happily we are over that stage now!
