Just had a thought. A lot of stuff will have to be classified as 'From eBay' as it is sent all over the world and future collectors may not be able to trace any further back than that.
A lot of the old bootleg, out of licence and novelty stuff is not marked and could have been made anywhere.
I have some Dark Knight novelties that are just marked 'copyright WB' .

These 2 books are amazing! Thanks for the hi-rez photos, they look great! I really LOVE that Bat-Jet on the back of the annual, very cool!
