OK, I'll clean-up the puke & you guys kiss & make up, hee hee.
It seems like everybody here really really hates Nicolas Cage but I actually like some of his movies. The ROCK was good. That movie where he was a con man w/ nervous disorders, forget the name, was great! VALLEYGIRL is a classic 80's movie, almost an icon.
But yes, I gotta agree, I was NOT happy with the idea of making him GHOST RIDER, bad choice! I remember very early rumors about casting him as Superman & I'm very thankful that didn't happen, LOL!

I can't deny i liked his early flicks. The Rock and Face Off were both decent movies in their time. But when it turned out every role he played looked exactly the same to me, i stopped diggin' him.
... Fast forward a few years to now and i can't stand the guy, in ANY role. Not just Dent or GR.

Cage's con artist flick was called "Matchstick Men." And, don't forget "Raising Arizona." Great movie! Even his film "Con Air" was a good, cheesy guilty pleasure.
However, when he is bad, he is really bad. When I heard they were considering him for the role of Superman, I thought it was a practical joke. No way is he Clark Kent. Sorry Nick!
