Dent and Dawes Casting
Okay, LatinoReview has announced the front runners for Dent and Dawes in TDK are as follows:
Aaron Eckhart, and Maggie Gyllenhaal.
I feel great about both. Maggie would fit right in after Holmes and even looks like her a little.
Eckhart was one i never thought of, but am perfectly okay with. I think he'll do great.
Now LR is reporting this as "rumor," But they were the first to give us the BB script, the first to announce Ledger as Joker, and the first to name the Fantastic Four cast. I think we can pretty much take this to the bank.

I'd be fine with both of these actors. I've never seen Maggie in anything, but for the time she will have on screen, I don't think it's gonna matter. Eckhart will do a fine job. I really like him.

I am sooooo glad Maggie Gyllenhaal is taking over the Dawes role. Katie Holmes was the worst part of the otherwise fantastic "Batman Begins." Her facial expression never changed no matter what was happening. Too bad Maggie was not cast as Dawes from the beginning!

In a way I am glad that they are turning to new and up and coming actors to make stars out of. A personal hunch of mine is the whole Rachael Dawes casting.......ever since Katie Holmes married Tom Cruise he had his thumb on her, probably saying what work she will take on and not. On that note: Maggie Gyhllenhaal will be great !
Aaron Eckhart I feel will do a fine job and hope they do more with that character than Tommy Lee Jones did (or the movie script allowed him to do).
