Continuing my series of custom made figures is a Catwoman inspired by Julie Newmar and Lee Meriwether. The head is one sold by the Mego spares guy Dr Mego which I painted. It looks kinda like Lee with the hairstyle and stuff so it was a decent basis. The lack of bang on lookalike quality is hidden by the mask of course which I made and was pretty pleased with actually. I like the necklace Julie wore so I did something sort of similar. The jumpsuit was made for me by a pal but the rest was all done by me. The boots and gloves were from Dr Mego but I added the claws and cut the boots down to a more authentic style. A fun type of Mego looking figure which was pretty enjoyable to put together.

Oh Man, that doll is awesome! I am always really impressed with your custom work, that's cool. I was gonna ask about that head, it looks great. The hair is very "60's looking". The details with the necklace & belt are really important & look really good too.....WOW!

Now you need to make a Yvonne Craig Batgirl...ha ha!

Thanks again! The Yvonne Craig Batgirl is on the work bench as we speak. The same buddy did a Batgirl jump-suit using very authentic looking fabric for me . Down to me for the cape, head paint and accessories though. She's next up I reckon.
