All am going to say is it did not go as well as Charlie wanted.
Poor Charlie at the end talking to Larry says he doesn't understand why they can talk and laugh when working together but have nothing to talk about out side or work.
Anyway I think it will work out. Charlie and Amita need to go on a double date with Don and his new girlfirend (sorry forgot her name)
And we did find out that Charlie saw the March of the Penguins.

But all is not lost, Charlie still has some hopes in winning over Amita
They have this "energy" together when they work, and it's brillant. Larry goes on to explain to Charlie that talking about work isn't bad...that what they have is the purest kind of connection any two people can have...
"well, the second purest..." the first being, obviously, love.
So this episode gave me hope and I think we can expect to see more with them
