Celebrating My First Year SI Free!!
After struggling with self-injury for more than 30 years, I never thought I would reach a point in my life where SI wasn't a part of it! After many months of intensive therapy, I have come to understand some of the underlying reasons behind my behaviors. As a result, I have just celebrated my first year of being SI free!
