1st time in 22 yrs... I actually prayed the rosary today. Not posting this for recognition, just amazed me it's been that long. Now I'm trying to remember where my original rosary is & had a Novena book, used to keep them together but probably last saw them who knows, 6 or 7 years ago... it glowed in the dark, the beads only. It was easy to spot that way. I know where my 20+ now kinda beat up looking Solidarność t-shirt is (should've bought 2 of them back then) but hmmmm... I'm sure they'll turn up.
Still some things needing clarification but I'm probably need to keep looking and I'll find the answers. They may already be on this board.

I think most of the Catholics here pray the Rosary too (I think of it as praying through the Gospel) and have studied the theology and spirituality behind it as well as fielded typical objections. Be happy to help any way we can.
Re: 1st time in 22 yrs... I did finally find one foot in mouth but that looks more like a foot print on the mouth... hmmm. Still is a good avatar for me.

Re: 1st time in 22 yrs... It was late 2004 or very early in January 2005 when I was heading home from work walking to the bus stop. I know it was before we knew we were closing. I was approaching the Police station next to where I worked and the ground had blotches of snow and it was muddy. I saw something on the ground, picked it up and it was part of a rosary. I then saw the other part. I did bring those pieces home with me and put it together, didn’t really have a way to find out where it had come from. It’s been sitting on top of the rack where most of my cassette tapes are placed. Still want to figure out where I put the one I had as a teen, I know it’s somewhere. Was it God trying to show me where He wanted me to be back then I wonder? Might have been. Especially considering I was then mailed a rosary in memory of JPII later on that same year.

Re: 1st time in 22 yrs... I have an hour lunch, something I'm not used to. I don't eat lunch anyway and don't want to get in the habit of spending money eating at cafeterias again, plus still want to lose more weight. So I take a walk. There was a rosary hanging on a pole about eye level today. It could've been there for eons, it could've been left from something else maybe, I just never noticed it before.

Re: 1st time in 22 yrs... God has never led me to pray the rosary. And when EWTN does it with those nuns, I want to pour hot coffee in my lap. Then again, Benny Hinn on TBN makes me want to hit myself with a hammer.
