I'd have to hunt but I know it's in the Bible, to lend without expecting any return... I can find it, just not this second. I've had people help me out & I alway try to pay back. Used to have a neighbor that anytime I needed some cash he lent it to me no problem and always paid him back as soon as I had it. I've lent to friends and it gets forgotten or put aside. It's frustrated me but I've had help when I needed it and I wouldn't feel right not helping out when I could for someone else. I need to remember I'm just a steward, I really don't have anything on this earth, it's all God's.

Even if you try to leave God out of the picture, life isn't forever, you can't take it with you. Museums are full of old treasures of people that have gone before us. When we leave this fleshly body, what do 'things' matter?
