Peering thru the windows of Heaven . . .

Those of you who know me know I tend to ponder thoughts that don't seem to make much sense. However, it is in these thoughts that God a lot of times gets my attention. TOnight I was pondering one of those . . .

I was pondering the fate of abortionists who go all their life without repentence, telling themselves they are not doing anything wrong. Pretty soon the picture emerged in my head . . .

Picture if you will one of those movie scenes at a beautiful upscale place of fine dining. Now magnify that by a hundredfold. The sumptuous food is being set before people at table after table, each in their turn praising the Lord for the feast. Behind them we see faces pressed against the glass of the window. The faces are bereft and one can see the hunger in their eyes.

"Lord, who are those people?"

"They are earth's abortionists." He replies.

"How long will they have to stay out there before thy come in?"

"Until they can give me a good reason for spending a lifetime stealing life from babies."

Can you imagine such a Hell? Peering in and watching life and desiring it with all your heart after having stolen so many small lives? May the Lord have mercy on their souls . . .
