Listened to the article before I get out of the house (got to go hoofing it today job-wise). I wonder if that relates to those 'sanguine' and whatever else personality type things.

Also makes me wondering about herbal medicines though I assume that would be OK... though I thought reflexology was OK too... I have a home remedy book and some herbal remedies books, was always trying anything and everything.
