I wanted to add that I believe humans and animals can be of equal dignity.
Our Greyhound is dignified. Our Basset pup is not dignified.
I realize that's not the issue, but thought it was funny anyway.
Let's follow the logic of non-violence for a bit. I'm not trying to prove a point. I don't have "everything figured out". I just want to know why we vilify violence and is that a logical or emotional thing:
