Here's a deelish and easy appetizer emoticon

Brie en crouette

Ingredients:

1 Pepperidge Farm pastry sheet (boxed in grocer's freezer section)

small wheel Brie

1 container Boursin garlic/herb spread (tub container in refrigerated section)


Thaw pastry sheet, place brie in middle, then Boursin on top of that. Take corners of pastry sheet, pull up and shape to cheese and pinch on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until crust is lightly browned and flaky.

Serve hot with crackers, french bread or fruit pieces.
