No, I didn't take that photo. I got it from Webshots, but yes, it snows in Dallas. The photo below is one that I took of our house a couple of years ago.

 Nope - Geese are perfectly comfortable in snow. Much more so than the hot Texas sun. They can lay in the snow, pull their feet up into their down & hide theit snoot under their wing, & never know it's cold. If you've ever had a coat filled with goose down, you would know how warm they are.
