Naw, it don't pivot, it just tilts 10º, but that would be handy for viewing portrait photos. You can take the base off & hang it on the wall. I like all the controls that mine don't have like brightness,contrast,phase,white balance,color r,color g, color b, gammacolor temp, osd-time, transparancy,backlight, and a gazillion other adjustments that you can do manually or it will do automatically.
21 inches ? You didn't answer one of those "Enlargment" emails did you?
Actually 17" may be a little big for me. I may opt for a 15", but Brenda likes the bigger screen for games & the 100's of jigsaw puzzles I've made for her. She had a 17" crt & It's sitting in the corner and I'm still using my 14".
