I heard they are doing away with regular light bulbs in a few years
I tired using floursant light bulbs you know those twisted silly things. All of a sudden I start blinking like crazy. It must have something to do with the flicker or spectrum of these.
I seen some LED bulbs on ebay I'm going to try a box of those. Since they dont' sell those at Walmart.
Retailers are pushing these down customers throat well they are energy saving but can't be good for you.

Damn I mis-read the auction the first time around it has 24 led lights in one bulb not x24 lights they cost about 8.00 a piece.

The lumes output is only 54 compared to a 820 for a regular light bulb.
I'll try a floursanat for a while see what happens after a few days. I might have to start hording regular lightbulbs.

WOW by 2010 the Europe is doing away with them already... sucks.. I wonder if this has to do with the new world order?

Yuck - the new world order SUCKS!
Keep me posted re: your experience with LED bulbs - I'm curious.
Believe it or not, I use compact fluresents which the local utility company installed free all over the house about 15 years ago. They come with plastic encasing the spiral.
Furthemore, I have it screwed into my 1950's era lamp BUT WITH a lampshade on top - and on top of the lampshade I've covered it further with a homemade rig-up of cloth that serves as a lampshade on-top-of lampshade.
So I don't have problems, at least SO far. But Armageddon is due soon anyway ..ahem.. so why worry?
