Hangover symptoms?

I'm thinking peoples' symptoms maybe similar to either hangovers, and/or motion sickness.

So:

Has anyone tried hangover remedies such as Chaser, or motion sickness remedies, for "Computer-Use Hangover"?

Just curious emoticon

I have a new idea : using oranged glasses emoticon
It seems strange and crazy but maybe it could reduce effect of light on our melatonin.

I'm wondering if High-vibrational plants would emit frequencies which could counter-act the energies of the pc. What if we could somehow put a plant between us and the monitor and have two holes for our eyes to look through the plant.

any one got any ideas for what plant would be good?

I already tried my dad's amber blue-blocker glasses & they didn't help me one bit.

To the other respondent, regarding high-vibrational plant, wow, you're imaginative! I've no idea how to answer that one. emoticon

BTW, since they say that mercury affects the pineal gland, I Googled & found the below (which also discusses melatonin). It may interest, though it's over my head. It rings true, since calcifications are definitely a common denominator of alot of traumatic conditions. Including mine (i.e. according to my CT scan I have gross calcifications.

You can also check out Lee Crock's "EDK University". Though he rambles to the Nth degree, it's interesting that his common theme is calcifications as well.
