Update - tried flower essence & En Bokek
First of all, following up on Sorenz' post, I tried Bach Rescue Remedy to try & counteract symptoms caused me by computer monitor. I allowed as much as 6 drops diluted in hot water to evaporate the alcohol.
But it didn't help me.
Also, I just this past month travelled to the Dead Sea - En Bokek area.
Unlike the En Fashcha area at northern part of Dead Sea (which in the past REALLY WORKED because of the natural mud pools), the En Bokek area is phony in helping really ill people (except maybe for psoriasis and lung conditions) because En Bokek lacks natural mud pools. It merely is filled with loads of salt.
Bottom line lesson learned:
It's the GROUNDED MUD WHICH SMELLS STRONGLY OF SULPHUR which works to detoxify, WHEN WARMED FROM DIRECT SUN.
The pitiful mud packs which are sold at phony En Bokek are ridiculous - they barely even smell, and certainly did not cause me to feel a pulling-out-of-toxins effect the way En Fashcha did years ago.

Re: Update - tried flower essence & En Bokek
Ok, sorry for this
I always looking for the effect of light on body.
We talked about amber blue-blocking glasses. It might be a good idea but only for computer usage at the evening (blue blocks melatonin).
The melatonin therpay using such glasses is called "dark therapy" (for insomnias...)
But maybe other solution is to use blue glasses ! (to block orange light ) during the day.) Because the yellow-orange-red part of spectrum has effect on stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol...)
A study show light has powerful effect on a drenal glands and and other study proves fishes produces less stress hormones in a blue environnement.
And artificial lights during night is a cause of cancer.
Edit : Maybe not !
I found this web site :
http://www.computerprotectionglasses.com/index.html
They recommand orange glasses (then blue-blocking).
( I find their glasses expansive
)
So that's not clear.
Blue blocking vs orange-yellow blocking.
So, general recommandation may be turn off the computer/Tv and avoid bright lights (or use oranged/low lights) at evening to improve melatonin levels. This is the base of circadian rythme, ok.
But for the day period, what is the negative part of the specrtum caused by screens? blue or orange-yellow, i don't know...
Maybe should i make the test myself : a week with the blue glasses and a week with amber... I have only amber ones at the moment.
I have another one :
http://www.polarizedoptics.com/night_driving_glasses.html
All computer glasses are yellow-orange. Not sure they are right...

Re: Update - tried flower essence & En Bokek
Hi, long ago, I already tried amber-colored [blue-blocker] glasses which my dad had gotten via doctor prescription, and which he can't use now due to advanced macula degeration.
They didn't help w/my computer symptoms, though they did turn the world into a gorgeous rosy color.

Definitly FL-41 tint glasses seems interesting against fluorescent lights.
It blocks
- blue/green
- a part of yellow-orange

I have an interesting website showing spectrum of filters :
http://www.rosco.com/us/filters/roscolux.asp
To block blue and yellow, amber-rose is a good one.

Re: Update - tried flower essence & En Bokek
Uh.. again, none of these things have worked for me (as I'd mentioned long ago).
Not blue blockers, and not pendants.
Long ago, I'd tried Quantum Home (which was touted as more advanced than the bioelectric shield pendant). It did not work for me. Also the Diode pendant did not work for me.
Furthermore, QLink had been tested by the physicist behind NutriEnergetics, and he'd posted on the NutriEnergetics YahooGroup that the Qlink did not pass his test.
If pendants and/or glasses work for you guys, more power to y'all, and I wish you all the best!
As for myself, I'm considering the Cosmodic for healing, but only considering, since it's very expensive, and I've been down such roads before. Cosmodic is suppoed to be a gentler form of Scenar (and scenar has "supposedly" been healing many people).
