Caffeine/Coffee for Computer Hangover anyone?
I'm revising my opinion about caffeine vis-a-vis headaches.
Coffee with a sweetener (as humectant), taken with aspirin may actually be good for me.
Lesson learned:
Everyone should trust their gut instincts re: what works best for them. Even if there's lots of hype by doctors and the public.
Go against the tide, with an open yet cautious mind. Never OVERDO anything.
The below clinic is in the same ballpark, as are plenty of other chatterers online.

I think some studies show some benefits of caffeine for brain.

Yeah, such as for Alzheimers.
I should emphasize that I can't know for sure about caffeine vis-a-vis myself until I'd give it more of a shot.
Because often, things which are very effective have their flip sides.
It's just intended for those adventurous enough to try something new. Like, does everyone really become addicted to caffeine? I don't know.
I do know that so far I don't feel addicted. I take the coffee with sweetener & aspirin (or ibuprofen) when I feel a headache coming on.
For headache, I also like the idea of hot/wet terry around my head covered by plastic, then that covered by microwaved flax-seed enclosure. But it would be a huge ordeal to obtain velcro, then sew & fill curduroy packets with flax seeds. So I'm not sure I'd ever have time for such a project.

Re: Caffeine/Coffee for Computer Hangover anyone?
My recent experience for the record:
I'd been feeling headache yesterday & the day before.
NOT from computer, but probably from combo of cold house (drafty 1950's windows, forced-air heat interfering with circulation) combined with EMFs of nearby electric radiator plus radio on other side of bed, all adding up to stress.
(i.e. stress of cold-dry air and EMFs. The radiator wasn't turned up so high.)
By today, the headache was gone.
What may have helped, was combo of:
(1) Walking to shopping. The neighborhood became polluted these past decades, so saying "fresh" air is an overstatement.
(2) Warding off UTI-in-the-making with raspberry zinger tea, plus Natural Factors boysenberry "C" candy (which is THE BEST vitaminC I've tried to date, and the only one which tested OK kinesologically.
(3) taking Stonyfield berry yogurt
(4) Molasses in hot water, then more water
(5) Coffee plus aspirin tablet
(6) Dinner of turkey and veggie soup (onion free, cuz so help me, onions cause me terrible headache, sinus, inflammed throat & flu symptoms.
(7) Prior to bedtime, hot bath, followed by running cooler water into the bath, followed by repeat hot-bath, followed by running a trickle of cold water from bath faucet over my toes/feet/legs.
Note that recently, a guest on a radio show mentioned flashing as invigorating the body (i.e. hot showers, and intermittently running cold shower for one minute at a time during the hot showers.
