This board is for the purpose of hashing out our thoughts regarding possible legal action, which might resolve our issues for once & for all. I know this may be far-fetched (go fight city hall)... but still...
Some issues to discuss:
Is UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) negligent? After all they certified my problematic LCD as safe, even though it has been "electrocuting" me!
Can photosensitivity be considered a handicap, demanding re-designed monitors (just as visually challenged & wheelchair bound people are provided with magnifiers and ramps)?
