How to post pictures

Using a picture already on the internet

1 find a picture on the internet
2 right click on the photo
3 click properties and copy the full url
(right click > copy)
4 click insert image and paste the address

Using an image stored on your computer

You need to upload your image onto a free image hoster on the net. Runboard DOES NOT PROVIDE Image Hosting or any other uploading Service. You must find 3rd party hosts if you wish to use them.
Click here for a list of such sites:

free image hosts

Once you have uploaded your image/avatar/smilie, it can then be used on Runboard. You will need to know the url (Url means uniform resource locator which is the link that points to the image. I.e. http://myimagehost.com/myusername/myimage.jpg
Then follow instructions 1-4 above.

Help! Imageshack has changed its layout, and I don't understand it anymore. How do I get it to put a picture on the forum now?

Re: …

You need to resize your image before you host it.If you have a digital camara or a scanner it will have come with some simple picture editing software.

If you host your pictue on imageshack you then use the "direct link" option
