Not currently milking. Have heifers due in the autumn. Given the state of the industry what would you do? Sell them or milk them?

Without knowing a huge amount more about you and your business it's impossible to give much advice, but
If someone came to you and said they'd given up milking and were considering starting again, would you encourage them to milk cows or question they're sanity???
