Very poor forage

HELP feed rep is currently in process of adjusting ration but just in case he doesn`t get it right has anyone any ideas.......milk has dropped 4 litres per head as i have increased silage content of diet 11%protein 9.7me..together with brewers grain and cake at milking......has anyone had success with liquid feeds?
