Re: Lawn Boy P Red
I only have one lawnboy calf at the moment but a bunch more due. She is polled. She will be a fancy calf in the ring this year. Never seen a polled heifer so dairy in the head and neck, but alot of lawnboy's seem to be that way though. The one we have at home seems to be drawing alot of attention. Everyone who comes in asks if shes a dundee or a goldwyn. Then we tell them what she is and almost everyone has to ask a second time because they've never heard of him. Just kind of funny. But i think the lawnboys will shock alot of people that way. I think there will be a few at the shows this year.

Re: Lawn Boy P Red
I have two LB x Shottle(RC) calves, both are big strong calves carrying alot of the maternal influence. Saw ALOT of very impressive young LBs at the RWDCA USA National Convention, some were typy enough to head to the showring. We are once again using him in R&W and B&W families that have plenty of size and strength.

Re: …
hmmm so that's where the horns become on polled cattle...LOL...jesting aside that would be irritating, esp when it seems to be a running trend.

Re: …
I suggest leaving the teats on, in case they have two udders.
