Pennsylvania herds.
I am heading to Global Glamour later this month and will be staying in Pennsylvania the week after the sale. What are some good type/show based herds in the State College area? Where are the Burdette's located?

Jeash ,
Windy Knoll View are approx a good 5 hrs east from the Global Glamour in Greencastle pa , from there , you are 45 min from Savage Leigh holsteins at Knoxville md.
I was in Arethusa this spring and I went to Whittier farms , West Sutton , Maine , 1.5 hrs east of Arethusa , you have for everybody down there , family , index , show etc and Todd is a super manager of animals , it`s simple but the care for the animal is something to see .

Re: Pennsylvania herds.
if you are in the state college area, two herds to look up would be the pencroft herd (paul neer) in the belleville area and the peachey holsteins (tim and tyler peachey)in huntington. Pencroft has a website on holstein world. Peacheys are working with storm tobianna who is the dam of rubens tory.
Also, if you are in the area, windy knoll view is having a field day july 29 in the evening. they would be about 3 hours from state college.
